*CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin are not currently available at BIFAT Center but will be available in the coming months.
What is CJC-1295?
CJC-1295 is a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) peptide.
What is Ipamorelin?
Ipamorelin is a selective Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide (GHRP).
Why combine CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin?
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in different ways.
IGF-1 is a hormone similar in molecular structure to insulin, plays an important role in childhood growth, and has muscle-building effects in adults.
CJC-1295/Ipamorelin does not produce the same spike in IGF-1 levels that one would see with injecting straight growth hormone (i.e., elevated prolactin and blood sugar levels).
CJC-1295 binds to the pituitary gland receptors to secrete GHRH in the brain. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin, the “hunger hormone” made by your stomach. This stimulates the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland, which, unlike ghrelin itself, breaks down fat tissue and causes muscle build-up.
Together these two peptides work synergistically to stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone.
How does CJC-1295/Ipamorelin work?
Aging is essentially our bodies breaking down at the cellular level. So as we age, we deal with things like decreased muscle mass, decreased immune function, a decreased sex drive, increased skin issues, change in mood, and the list goes on and on.
CJC-1295/Ipamorelin increases GH production to help improve muscle mass, sleep quality, and lean body mass.
Benefits and uses of CJC-1295/Ipamorelin
- increases growth hormone
