About BIFAT Center
Dr. Nikki Javit and Matt Javit are the founders of BIFAT Center in Roatán, Honduras. The couple has been married for 17 years. They’ve traveled to over 130 cities and 50 countries on every continent except Antarctica, exploring some of the most remote areas in the world. But it was when they were on a family vacation in Roatán that they knew they had found paradise and decided that they wanted to make a permanent move to Roatán.

Nikki Javit, PharmD, holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and is certified and trained to offer a wide array of services in international travel medicine, immunization delivery, and pharmacogenomics.
She has over 13 years of experience in retail, hospital, and specialty pharmacy, with extensive expertise in disease state management, patient education, and peptide therapy. She also hosts a weekly podcast, The Peptide Podcast.
In 2021, Nikki began contributing health content for GoodRx, which allowed her to combine her pharmacy education and passion for increasing transparency in the health and wellness space.
Nikki is the clinical provider at BIFAT Center and helps our clients create personalized weight loss and wellness plans.
Matt Javit, MBA, is an award-winning sales executive, author, and business owner. Matt has decades of sales and marketing expertise, founding several startups and winning the International Sales Award at Sogeti USA five times.
Fitness and health have always been important to Matt, which led to his being a Division I Academic All-American basketball player and professional career.
Matt is the director of operations at BIFAT Center and contributes to process improvement and product initiatives. He is passionate about building collaborative teams and is an expert at using research to improve health outcomes in innovative and sustainable ways.
