What do I need to do before my appointment?

Before you arrive at your appointment, please fill out the following online form to receive a Visitor Day Pass and Notice of Informed Consent. Our clinic is located on the lower level of the Pristine Bay Beach Club.

How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, please send a message to us on WhatsApp. We will try to accommodate your requested date and time.
At this time, we do not accept walk-ins.
Where is BIFAT Center located?
We are conveniently located in French Harbour on the beautiful island of Roatán. You can find our center on the lower level of the Pristine Bay Beach Club. When you arrive at Pristine Bay, let the security guards know you have an appointment at BIFAT Center. There is free parking on-site.
What is the cost?

What payment methods are accepted at BIFAT Center?

What if I travel often? How can I keep my medicine cold for longer periods of time?
We suggest purchasing a 46-oz YETI Rambler bottle, which will help keep your medicine cold for up to 24 hours. You can buy a YETI Rambler at your local BIP gas station in Roatan for about $100, or you can purchase one online for about $55.
